This is not your typical Espresso! There is nothing like Armenian coffee (or "Soorj" as it's called in our native tongue). Armenian coffee differs by its flavorful brew and unique methodology of preparation. The specific way of grinding the beans brings them to the consistency of powdered sugar, which is not something you would typically do with your home grinder.
Typically, the coffee is prepared in a long-handled Jezve coffee pot, mixed with water (optional pinch of sugar), and heated over a direct flame until it reaches boiling.
Recommended serving size: small 3 oz. demitasse (or espresso) cup and enjoyed right away.
